Think of a time when you were truly grateful, almost overwhelmed with gratitude. And think about how it feels when you’re in that moment. It certainly feels powerful, but it also feels personal. But today, I don’t want you to be selfish with that fabulous feeling, because I believe that gratitude is more powerful when shared.
Now when I say “share gratitude”, I am not asking you to say “Wow, look how grateful I am. Isn’t my life awesome?” Not at all. What I’m suggesting is that we share that wonderful feeling with others, to let them know what’s possible.
Gratitude is personal and it’s powerful. But when we’re willing to share it, when we’re willing to let others in on it, when we’re willing to not be selfish with our gratitude, great things will happen not just for us, but for everyone.
