Attract the Right Job Or Clientele:

Do You Realize that Roadblocks Can Be Good?

Most people will find the blog headline ridiculous as they ponder how roadblocks can be good. But that’s the starting point upon stopping for a moment to contemplate everything around us fully. As previously stated, ‘Roadblocks are our gifts in disguise.’

One strategy in a single word saves the day, ‘Focus!’

My Story

Mindset Encompassing Determination

On a positive note, when we halt all activity at hand to consider all sides of an issue, including every perspective, and all possibilities, we can guide ourselves to the next best option. Of course, aggravation enters the mindset, but we can get to a better point with focus and attention to every detail affecting the situation. Determination is also an essential ingredient.

It’s no secret that I would not be at this point if it weren’t for all the harassment and predictions of my failures throughout the years, alongside actual mishaps themselves. The seemingly awful

conditions put us on a more dynamic path when we are willing to examine every detail to realize how to achieve our desires. Occasionally, it may feel like I’m standing still, losing time and possibility. Still, by focusing on the situation to realize the better path forward, we gain extra momentum with determination front and center in our mindset.

Compassion ~ Empathy

Another success factor is to work on behalf of many, giving our support however we may. A helping hand generally returns more to us than we can imagine. And helping others can include asking them to share their story and experiences as we carefully listen. It works wonders for businesses to have clientele do the same because most people are short on friends or simply having someone listen to them concerning their experiences. The effort is known as empathy and compassion.

Mental and Physical Health

As I progress into new decades of life, I witness people needing to take steps to accomplish their desires. They sit back to have people take over by deterring them from their focus, preventing their ability to adventure forth. Worse, they decide that since they could not achieve their desires in their younger days, they stop watching their diet and exercising. The worst effect is that due to wondering, ‘what’s the use?’, they become consumed with illness and, worse, dementia.

The Attitude for a Win-Win

The sales term ‘win-win’ applies as we grow into whom we want to become while serving others. By focusing on our goals and desires to help others, the goodwill boomerangs back to us. Negativity endures hearing loss, and positivity appears more often to surprise us. Better yet, we find our best friends and colleagues who possess a similar attitude; they plow forth against all odds as they teach others what to avoid and what to heed.

Your Story

Let’s imagine that someone foolishly put you down, told you your idea won’t work and that you may as well give up your ambition. What will you do? Will you reluctantly agree, or will you push forward to prove the person or people wrong and that you can accomplish whatever your heart desires?

Sometimes it is best to imagine the worst possible situation to regain motivation for attempting what you hear as impossible. By donating your time to a community of interest to listen and learn from participants, you may renew your ambition to proceed with your beliefs for the proper footing. Again, it’s a win-win for all those exchanging insights.

Additionally, upon moving forward with your ambitions to realize what does not work well for you and what does, you build up a library within to share the information with larger communities. The idea of a product line, partnerships, collaborative efforts, and much more may come to mind enabling more significant numbers of people to achieve their desires.

Appreciation of you and your work will set in more ways than expected. Seek out those willing to support your effort and vice versa to grow a robust audience. Begin today!

In Conclusion:  Do You Realize that Roadblocks Can Be Good?

Our life is an individual effort, and up to us as to how we play it out. Accordingly, when we experience attempts to stop us, it’s best to figure out ‘the why.’ Sometimes jealousy is a factor, and other times, misunderstanding. Nevertheless, if we want to live a fulfilling life, examining the episode from all vantage points will lead us to leap forward and further than previous expectations.
