It’s time to get in touch with your “motivation buttons.”
Each of us has motivational triggers. Sometimes we take for granted that we know what motivates us. Sometimes it just happens. Here’s an exercise that you might find useful.
Think about the last few times you were highly motivated (in a positive way). What was present? What was happening? What caused that boost of energy? When you find similarities among several of these motivational boosts, I call them “motivation buttons.”
Are you in touch with yours? How can you use your acknowledging these buttons to enhance your motivations in the future?
