Founder of Holistic Education Institute to get Richard F. Tozer award
Dallas, TX - Author, speaker, and entrepreneur Phillip Andrews will receive the Dr. Richard F. Tozer Innovation & Entrepreneurship Leadership Award from the Institute of Management Consultants Monday, May 20, at a dinner at the Wyndham Park Central.
A co-author of six books and a co-founder of the Holistic Education Institute, Mr. Andrews advises four startups, mentors at three innovation centers, and serves three non-profit organizations as a board member. He promises to share a few stories from a life of entrepreneurship on horror and regret, excitement and bliss, CEOs from competent to crazy, and the culture of servant leadership.
The award honors the memory, spirit, and dedication of thought leader, trusted advisor, executive, educator, and friend Richard F. Tozer, a longtime Dallas management consultant who taught at Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Dallas.
A panel led by Dr. Jim Webb, CMC®, will link Mr. Andrews' work to the legacy of Dr. Tozer, following an introduction by Dr. Gerald Turner, CMC®, to articulate Dick Tozer's mantra. Panelists include Debra Fortner, Joseph Leonard, and Richard Morgan, FIMC, CMC®.
The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas. The Tozer Award forum is open to the business community.
