Press Release from the Institute of Management Consultants, DFW Chapter – Event Feb. 8, 2019

Peer connection & collaboration

Dallas, TX – Practice prospecting in greater depth.

The right human behaviors win engagements with CEOs facing the timeless problems all business presents. Markets are ready. In a 2018 survey, 82% of responding CEOs intend to hire outside consultants during the coming year. Join this IMC DFW round table to explore a deeper dive into prospecting. Bring stories of your greatest success, a disappointment you'd rather not repeat, or 2019 ideas, distinctive to you, for acquiring new clients.

The Consultant's Workshop convenes at the Telos Club in Dallas, Friday, February 8, 7:30 A.M. Discussion leader is David Wuensch, a sales and marketing executive. Prior to founding Epoch Sales Management, David served as strategic thinker and problem solver in the telecom industry.

January workshop participants begged for more time to share and evaluate 2018 prospecting experiences, all in a safe space to share and get feedback. Some offered unique tips yielding surprisingly good results. Others wanted to deepen the discussion, strengthen the connections between peers, and build collaboration opportunities. In this interactive workshop, management consultants with a variety of industry experience invite clarifying questions and offer real world answers.

The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas, neighboring regions and adjacent states. The Consultant's Workshop meets monthly to help consultants grow their practice.
