Dallas, TX – Information is a commodity. Management consultants cut through the noise, offer solutions.
"New client acquisition" was the top issue named in a 2018 DFW poll of senior, mid-career and consultants to management. Consultants at this round table will explore how intentionally strengthening their own productivity builds capacity for them to take on new business, as well as better serve their existing clients. The Consultant's Workshop convenes at the Telos Club in Dallas, Friday, August 10, 7:30 A.M.
Consultants at recent round tables reflected on the use of networking, referrals, testimonials and storytelling as tools to help acquire new clients, all in a safe space to share and get feedback. In this interactive workshop, management consultants with a variety of industry experience collaborate to share the tips and techniques that help win new business and support client projects. Victoria Brown leads the round table discussion. As managing partner of Brown Innovation Consulting, she helps businesses increase profit and sustain momentum, especially in disruptive environments.
The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas, neighboring regions and adjacent states. The Consultant's Workshop meets monthly to help consultants grow their practice.
