Fort Lauderdale, Florida. — July 9, 2019 — The Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA, www.imcusa.org) is pleased to announce that Alan Weiss Ph.D., CMC, FIMC, the noted author, speaker and entrepreneurial coach, will provide the opening keynote speech for its annual international consulting conference, "Consult-Con 2019: Vroom! Accelerate Your Practice and Enjoy the Ride" (www.imcusa.org/page/ConsultCon2019). Consult-Con 2019 takes place on October 4-6, 2019, at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria in Dallas, Texas.
Weiss's keynote speech will be "How to double your business with half the effort." Famed corporate coach and a co-author with Weiss, Marshall Goldsmith, has called him "the finest entrepreneurial coach in the world." He's the only non-journalist ever awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the American Press Institute, is one of only two people every to be elected to the Speakers Hall of Fame and as a Fellow of the IMC, and has written more books on consulting than anyone, ever. His body of work includes over 60 books appearing in 15 languages.
Consult-Con 2019 includes two days of thought-provoking, interactive sessions led by top-notch speakers as well as peer-to-peer learning opportunities, networking and exhibits that feature tools and methodologies to help consultants build and maintain a successful consulting practice. The international annual IMC USA conference is attended by individual consultants, consultants from small to mid-size firms, internal consultants, executive coaches and mentors, consultants with specialties such as IT, HR, marketing and finance. While the majority of the attendees are established consultants, the conference also attracts many prospective and new consultants.
