Whether airing a grievance or urging a person or entity to make things right, the complaint letter templates at ComplaintLetter.net provide a head start on finding the right words.
"Complaint letters are a great way to encourage specific action, or just get something off your chest," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "ComplaintLetter.net has 188 templates and they're all free to download, customize and print.
ComplaintLetter.net has 16 new complaint letters addressing a range of personal and business situations. There's sample wording for neighbor disputes, inconsiderate roommates and other complaint topics.
The new business-related complaint letters cover issues with ride services, rental cars, defective products and garbage service. Other letters address billing errors, late payments and medical delays. Other new letters reference identity theft and request a credit freeze.
There's also a selection of templates that businesses and other entities can use to respond to complaints they've received.
Savetz suggests that site users find the letter closest to their situation, download it as a DOC file, and use Microsoft Word or another compatible program to type into the sample and customize the wording. "While you're welcome to use the sample language as-is, the letters are best used as a jumping off point to craft a letter."
ComplaintLetter.net also has fill-in-the-blank complaint letters as well as articles with advice on how to write a complaint letter.
FreePrintable.net also has free apology letters at ApologyLetters.net, resignation letters at ResignationLetters.biz, cover letters at CoverLetterExamples.net, letters of recommendation at LettersOfRecommendation.net and letters of intent at LettersOfIntent.co.
There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
