Clean comedian and keynote speaker Jan McInnis celebrates her 100th podcast episode by offering the SANDY Rules. This is the sage advice that she gave when she was the commencement speaker at her niece's graduation. 

"I didn't give a long speech, just a short and memorable one filled with things that will help you along in life," McInnis said. McInnis draws from her over 25 years as a comedian and keynote speaker to bring in her short, five points on handling life's curveballs.

Her podcast is titled "Comedian Stories - Tales From the Road in Under 5 Minutes." It kicks off with one of her clean jokes, then includes a short story, and ends with a take-away tip from what she learned. Her podcast is published every Thursday, and can be heard whereever you listen to podcasts.
