After months of research backed by nearly 20 years in the beauty industry, celebrity hairstylist & beauty expert Billy Lowe is proud to launch his own hair care line in partnership with Shiseido Laboratories; a leader in beauty. Lowe, who works with countless Hollywood A-Listers and has appeared on numerous make-over shows & beauty segments, is very excited about his launch.
