Baum Hedlund bus accident attorney Katherine Harvey-Lee has been appointed vice chair of the American Association of Justice's Bus Litigation Group, where she also serves as an Advisory Board Member. Ms. Harvey-Lee was elected as vice chair at the AAJ's annual conference in Los Angeles this summer.

Ms. Katherine Harvey-Lee is transportation safety advocate and a partner at the law offices of Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman, a national law firm known for its extensive work and success in handling commercial transportation accidents across the nation. In the article, she explains how attorneys can use careful discovery to identify the corporate owners of these companies and obtain justice for their clients.

Throughout her career, Ms. Harvey-Lee has made numerous media appearances in Southern California and nationally to comment on bus crashes, specifically discussing bus safety issues and advocating for victims' rights.
