Booking lessons in the life of a comedian part two is a podcast episode by comedian and keynote speaker Jan McInnis in which she talks about how she got herself out of a booking jam. The recession had hit and client were booking differently. Jan shares one story of how she got herself back on track.

"I just about ended my career because I wasn't paying attention. Luckily, I caught that mistake in the nick of time," McInnis acknowledges.

McInnis's podcast airs weekly every Thursday. It's titled "Comedian Stories - Tales From the Road in Under 5 Minutes." Each week her podcast kicks off with a joke, includes a short story, and ends with a take-away tip of something that McInnis learned.
