1) Make a list and stick to it. When you have a plan, you're less likely to waste time wandering around aimlessly. 

2) Set boundaries for yourself and your family. Everyone needs down time, so make sure you set reasonable expectations for yourself and your loved ones. 

3) Automate what you can. Automate your email inbox, social media posts, and other tasks that can be streamlined. This will free up more of your time to focus on what's important. 

4) Delegate when possible. There's no need to get behind on things. Give the work to someone else who can support you and your goals.
