A gentleman asked me on the phone one day what qualified me to speak on Reinvention? I told him that I am curious. I'm an observer of human nature and trends in business. You can learn a lot if you quit talking about yourself and observe what others are doing well.

Here are some funny curious questions:Why do we drive on a parkway, and park on the driveway? Why do they call them apartments when they're all grouped together?Curiosity is what makes us grow. We delight in asking who, what, when, where and (most importantly) WHY?
Trust me. If you live in the Western World, you live with, and often embrace change. Do you own an iPhone? Then you are adjusted to change.... or you could be using a dial-up land line. That phone is also replaced every year under the name, "Upgrade," too.
