Surviving abuse, physical attacks, and disease brought together the book, "Paradigm Busters, Reveal the Real You" at Amazon, along with her other nine books. They have tools, answers, and understanding of how to become empowered and not stay a victim or be powerless. She explains life is a growing up experience and to face life challenges in loving solutions without medications is the only way to mature and grow up. Moving from a frightened past of harms, false beliefs, and old reactions from fear, can resolve the emotional past.
