4) Person County
5) Stanley County

Highest Risk of Being Involved in a Fatal Accident:
1) Graham County
2) Alleghany County
3) Alexander County 
4) Bladen County 
5) Vance County

Highest Risk of Being Involved in a Fatal Truck Accident:
1) Gates County
2) Hertford County
3) Ashe County
4) Cherokee County
5) Northampton County
