June 27, 2016, Los Angeles, CA - Dates for the 2017 national Medicare Supplement insurance industry conference were announced today by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.
"The 2017 national Medigap Summit will take place April 11-13 at the Sheraton Hotel in Dallas, Texas," announced Jesse Slome, director of the industry group. The three-day event is the only industry conference exclusively focused on Medicare Supplement insurance.
In addition to the Medicare aspect, the event will run in combination with two other events. "We are organizing the first National Short-Term Care Insurance Summit to address the growing interest in short-term care insurance products," Slome adds. The event is being organized as part of the efforts undertaken by the recently-launched National Advisory Center for Short-Term Care Information.
A free day for insurance agents who wish to learn more about Medicare Supplement, short term care insurance or other senior insurance products will take place on Tuesday, April 11. "We invite all agents and financial advisors to attend these sessions featuring top insurance experts," Slome shares. "There is absolutely no cost to attend the 1 day special event."
