Several founders featured in the book will be speaking at the Entrepreneurial Bash, which will take place in cities around the US including: Chicago, New York, and the Washington DC area.
Panelists will share how a solo entrepreneur can take an idea from scratch to grow into thousands of employees and millions of dollars in profit. Learn the secret sauce to these company founders success as they share how they built their multi-million dollar companies.
Bob Jordan, said "Join me and some of the founders featured in How They Did It at the Entrepreneurial Bash. This event is featured by Kauffman Foundation's Global Entrepreneurship Week and is a celebration by and for entrepreneurs and business leaders. I look forward to moderating this panel and want to thank these amazing founders who each started and grew companies to $100 million+ success."
The first Entrepreneurial Bash took place in Chicago in November 2010 during Global Entrepreneurship Week. The event marked the launch of How They Did It. Over 320 attendees joined in the celebration which was hosted by over 24 participating organizations.
John Collard, CEO, Chairman of Strategic Management Partners, Inc., and Entrepreneurial Bash Event Chairman said "these are interesting times for businesses in a troubled marketplace. Turnarounds are a lot like start-ups – they must build teams, differentiate and sell products and services, secure capitalization, and grow. It is a disgrace for CEOs and boards of directors who allow their company to become distressed and watch value deteriorate." Collard continued. "Turnaround specialists can be an option to stabilize the situation and rebuild value. Turnaround management strategies will certainly play a key role in recovery."
