Q is back with the release of his vulnerable new song "Today"out now, via Columbia records. The accompanying musicvideo directed by Audrey Ellis Fox shows Q grapplingwith self doubt and internal fears alongside the songs stripped-downproduction. The powerful ballad with undertones of R&B, funk, and souldisplays Q's vocal and all-around artistic range and abilityas a performer, producer, and writer. With the track never being previewedbefore, Q is adamant that the song is best experienced in its totality, saying of the song "today can be theday you choose not to live in fear, the past, or in your own thoughts".
