About: Edward Segal is the bestselling author of the award-winning Crisis Ahead: 101 Ways to Prepare for and Bounce Back from Disasters, Scandals, and Other Emergencies (Nicholas Brealey)and provides crisis management advice and services to companies and organizations. Segal has more than 30 years experience as a crisis management expert, CEO, public relations consultant, journalist, communications director, and press secretary for members of Congress and political candidates. Segal is a Leadership Strategy Senior Contributor for Forbes.com and the former marketing strategies columnist for the Wall Street Journal's StartUpJournal. He has managed internal and external crisis situations as the CEO of two trade associations; advised and helped others get through a variety of crisis situations ranging from the arrest and firing of CEOs, allegations of sexual harassment, and hate crimes to forged documents, business and personal bankruptcies, and the environment; and conducted crisis management and communication training for hundreds of CEOs.

About: About Phil Granchi: Phil Granchi has spent most of his life avoiding novel writing. His many distractions have included collecting fossils in Antarctica, performing a completely improvised university lecture at comedy festivals around the world, working as a freelance graphic artist in direct marketing agencies and producing online educational games for a now-defunct dotcom startup. Phil is currently a practicing radiologist and is the president of Mother Lode Diagnostic Imaging, a small private practice radiology group where he fills roles ranging from IT to HR. About: Scott M. Haskins is a internationally renowned professional art conservator whose opinion is often sought and who is often featured in all the media types nationwide. He is an expert witness/legal testimony on art related insurance matters/claims and on private law suits. His clients include the Los Angeles Supreme Court system and the federal government. Mr. Haskins has worked in both Europe and the U.S. as a professional art conservator since 1975. He is the author of the awarded 'Save Your Stuff' series, written to assist the public protect and save valuable possessions from disasters and emergencies.
