Question
Are crunchy or chewy foods beneficial to teeth?
Weight and resistance training is known for its benefits to bones, but is the same true for teeth? Are crunchy or chewy foods beneficial to teeth?
If not, other than brushing and flossing, what can people do to keep their chompers strong?
Thanks in advance!
