Question
Simple Gestures of Everyday Business Etiquette
Etiquette matters across the board, regardless of if you are a part of a Fortune 500 company, or you happen to be an administrator or teacher in a school. If you find yourself feeling a little "light" on the etiquette do's and don'ts and sometimes wonder "WWEPD?" (What Would Emily Post Do?), this brief article is a crib sheet detailing how to handle daily situations. I am in need of experts input on such topics as learning why it is important to return calls, making proper introductions (and what to do if you forget someone's name), treating everyone with respect, and email etiquette.
