Dennis P. Gemberling, CHA, CFBE, FMP, FCSI is a hotel and restaurant expert and president of Perry Group International with over thirty-five years of hospitality industry expertise. He has managed, operated and consulted on hundreds of hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

He is certified by the American Hotel and Lodging Association and National Restaurant Association, a member of Foodservice Consultants Society International, and listed in A. M. Best's Directory of "Recommended Expert Service Providers".

His firm was founded in 1985 and provides consulting and hospitality management services and does work with under-performing and distressed businesses and properties as a third-party asset manager, owners representative and advisor for investors and owners and also as a court appointed receiver and interim hospitality manager for lenders, operators and their legal and real estate professionals.
