As a leader, how would you answer these three questions:

What is my compelling vision?

What is my lasting legacy?

What is my unique "voice?"

After spending more than 30 years in the corporate world, developing and leading teams and making every mistake a senior leader could make, I leaned from those failures and my many successes, and created the "Find Your VOICE as a Leader" coaching model which provides the ability to:

Discover your critical leadership VALUES;Create a compelling vision to get the OUTCOMES you desire;Build relationships with INFLUENCE and credibility;Make decisions that reveal your COURAGE to take a stand;Communicate your overall EXPRESSION for lasting impact.

Besides authoring the award-winning book, "Find Your VOICE as a Leader", I am a Certified Professional Performance Coach, a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and I am certified in the proven Clifton Strengths Finder approach.

So what does all this mean, besides that I am certified? It provides me, as an executive coach, a deeper understanding of what separates a successful leader from an ordinary leader. It allows me to tap into the potential of an individual via a trusting and deliberate coaching relationship so that my client can author their persuasive and personal leadership voice.

I love what I do as I get to partner with incredible leaders and teams to find their unique leadership VOICE and create purposeful outcomes for themselves and their organizations. I am honored to work at a variety of organizations like Twitter, Electronic Arts, Autodesk, Walmart, Workday, Cisco, Mixpanel, PagerDuty, Charles Schwab, and SAP.

I also have another passion, ironically as an introvert, which is speaking at captivating and interactive global conferences on the topic of leadership. I am a current member of the respected Forbes Coaches Council, the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association and the Association for Talent Development.

In my spare time, I can be found somewhere in Southeast Asia helping local communities as a Board member with Together We Can Change The World.
