Marlene's unique journey of reinvention has positioned her to work within all levels with the corporation. For over two decades, Marlene worked at a fortune 500 not as an executive in a corporate office, but as a factory worker on the manufacturing floor, doing everything from packing cheese, stacking skids, tearing down equipment for sanitation and driving a forklift.  Marlene understands the viewpoint from the bottom to the top and is highly skilled at identifying the root problems and significantly leadership effectiveness.

Today Marlene travels the country sharing her expertise in leadership development, strategic communication skills, and stopping workplace drama. 

She has a degree from Drury University in Communications, and a master's degree from Webster University.
