D. Jan Duffy is an internationally recognized expert in employment law and management issues including discrimination/harassment, workplace investigations, and organizational culture. With 25 years of experience as a lawyer and business school professor, Jan founded Management Practices Group, Inc., of San Francisco and London, providing employment practices education, auditing, policy drafting, equity culture management, and expert witness services. Jan has made numerous appearances before professional and business audiences and in the media. She recently addressed the British House of Commons on age discrimination. Jan is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is listed in numerous Who's Who publications.
