His background includes 9 years at consulting firm KPMG, 6 years starting a company (and later selling it), 3 years as a senior executive at an American public company, and since 2003, President of the consulting firm Pinetree Advisors. He is a CFA, MBA, CMC, and has a Black Belt in Karate.
In addition to his professional activities, Randall lectures MBA students at the Schulich School of Business, one of the top-ranked global business schools, and writes a weekly column for the Monster career site. He is an experienced commentator on current issues, and has an extensive media profile on TV, radio, and in print.
