It's Spunky Old Broad month. And SOB's are gathering in celebration once again. Dr. Gayle Carson, the Original Spunky Old Broad, is spending this month getting the message out to all women over 50, that this is the greatest time of their lives.

SOB's come in three sizes, the Spunky Outrageous Broad who is 40 to 50, the Spunky Outspoken Broad who is 50 to 65 and the Spunky Old Broad who is 65 plus. They are savvier, hipper, healthier and smarter than they ever were and are eager to make a difference on this planet. Women are making their biggest impact in the world right now.

Dr. Gayle, a three time breast cancer champion, says "It's never too late to be who you want to be and accomplish what you want to accomplish. It's your life so live it and it's your time, so love it." Gayle who celebrated her 50th year in business, continues to re-invent herself and has more energy than people half her age. She credits that to her strict regimen of daily exercise, sensible eating and daily supplements.

To get a kick out of life, Dr. Gayle believes that you have to have a positive mental attitude, a willingness to try new things, and that it's never too late to live your dream and create and do whatever makes you happy.

"As a Spunky Old Broad, you can get away with a lot of things," she says. Living a regret free life, which is the theme of her programs, is a way of living and a philosophy of life. She believes that every woman can do that as well.
