As the fight against Islamic terror continues in this post 9/11 world, a new front is heating up that may prove fateful. The Battle for Freedom of Speech is now accelerating in the United States. On the sixth anniversary of the attacks on September 11th, world citizens who care must take note of dozens of lawsuits filed in Great Britain by wealthy Saudis who seek to stop U.S. and other publications of books and articles they consider "offensive" to them and Islam.
In recent decades, politically correct "diversity" advocates have reshaped socially "acceptable" speech, while simultaneously professing to encourage inclusiveness of all points of view. Wealthy Islamic fundamentalists have taken their cue and are rapidly banishing information potentially harmful to their radical cause. How could this happen? The West is at war with a foe funded by petrodollars and propelled by their commitment to conquer the world. They are advancing both visibly and invisibly, much like the Ottoman Turks, who were stopped only at the gates of Vienna in 1683.
After a Saudi billionaire sued her for "libel" in Britain, the High Court ordered Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld to pay $255,000 in fines, apologize and destroy her books. She ignored the British court order and is returning fire from within the U.S. courts.
Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors Los Angeles has scheduled a ground breaking global conference call with Dr. Ehrenfeld, author of "Funding Evil," to discuss the assault on free speech worldwide. Her single-handed defense of the 1st Amendment in U.S. courts has already set an important legal precedent and is continuing.
