World Famous Neurosurgeon Discusses Past Life as 19th Century British Physician; J. K. Rowling as the Reincarnation of Charles Dickens
Norman Shealy, MD, PhD, a world famous neurosurgeon who invented the TENS Unit, Dorsal Column Stimulator and Facet Rhizotomy, who is also consider the father of the comprehensive chronic pain program, will be discussing his past lifetime as British physician John Elliotson on April 28, 2006, at the San Francisco New Living Expo. Dr. Shealy will be the special guest of Walter Semkiw, MD, author of "Return of the Revolutionaries: The Case for Reincarnation and Soul Groups Reunited" and "Born Again," recently released in India and featured on CNN in India. In his books, Dr. Semkiw compiles independently researched reincarnation cases, including Dr. Shealy's case, which demonstrate that from lifetime to lifetime, people have the same facial features, personality traits, talents and passions. People are shown to incarnate in groups. Two cases which demonstrate these principles were studied by Ian Stevenson, MD, at the University of Virginia. Dr. Shealy first became aware of his past lifetime during a period of time when he was not even a believer in reincarnation. At a medical lecture in 1972, when Dr. Shealy heard a speaker mention the name of 19th century British physician John Elliotson, Dr. Shealy had a dramatic visceral reaction in which he absolutely knew that he was Elliotson in a prior lifetime. On a trip to London that he made a year later to investigate Elliotson, Dr. Shealy was intuitively led to where Elliotson had practiced medicine, though Dr. Shealy had no prior knowledge of where Elliotson's office had been located. Dr. Shealy later learned that he and Elliotson wrote almost identical essays regarding the hypocrisy of medical societies in not being open to new ideas. Like Shealy, Elliotson was a medical innovator and specialist in pain management. Shealy and Elliotson also have similar facial features. John Elliotson was a close friend of novelist Charles Dickens. Dickens in contemporary times has been identified as being reincarnated as J. K. Rowling, author of the "Harry Potter" series. The Dickens/Rowling case is featured in "Return of the Revolutionaries" and "Born Again" The Elliotson/Shealy case can be viewed at: http://www.johnadams.net/cases/samples/Shealey-Elliotson/index.html Contact Info: Walter Semkiw, MD Phone: (415) 244-9658 E-Mail: walter@johnadams.net Walter Semkiw, MD
