ICF’s Philadelphia chapter (PACA), hosts a series of new events to honor 10 years of dedicated service

The Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance (PACA) – a professional association of corporate, business and personal coaches committed to leadership in the coaching profession – today announced the official launch of its 10th Anniversary year.
"Our presence in Greater Philadelphia is clearly making a difference. We have built a legacy of partnering with organizations and individuals to enable positive change, develop leaders and support growth in lives and businesses," said PACA President Maria van Hekken. Keynote speaker and coaching luminary Patrick Williams, Ed.D, MCC will present on the future of the profession, reflecting the Anniversary-year theme, Pictures of Our Past, Visions of the Future. Additional activities include a membership drive, member presentations and continued community outreach. The Gala effectively kicks off PACA's twelve month program that will continue to evolve into the new year. D, MCC, Founder and CEO of The Institute for Life Coach Training and Author. One of the early pioneers of coaching, Patrick Williams, began executive coaching in 1990. In 1998 he founded the Institute for Life Coach Training, an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. He speaks worldwide on topics of living purposefully, coaching for global change, wellness coaching, and the coach approach in leadership. He has written dozens of articles and interviewed on TV and radio. Co-author of many books such as, Therapist as Life Coach Revised and Expanded (2007) and Becoming A Professional Life Coach: Lessons from the Institute for Life Coach Training (2007). Pat is a recipient of the first Global Visionary Fellowship and founder the non-profit organization, Coaching The Global Village, assisting third world counties to develop self sustaining communities using the 'coach approach'.
