ElderCarelink Adds “Senior Helpers” to Senior Care Roster in Colorado
Fargo, ND
Monday, March 23, 2009

ElderCarelink, a national online eldercare referral service, has helped over 450,000 families find quality local eldercare resources to support their needs. ElderCarelink is continually adding businesses to its roster, so caregivers around the country can, by taking a brief survey, decide on the services they need and the best available businesses to provide these services.

ElderCarelink is happy to announce a recent addition, Senior Helpers, to the referral service. "Senior Helpers," is owned and operated by Rocky Bowman, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and has been in business since 2001.

"We entered the field of eldercare because we had personal experiences with our own families regarding eldercare," Bowman said. "We also strongly believe in giving back to our community and being able to improve the quality of life for our senior population and their families.

"We work to ensure a better quality of life for our elderly clients and their families by providing dependable and affordable care," Bowman said. "We have 50-150 caregivers for companionship, bathing and dressing, walking assistance, transferring, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, laundry, Alzheimer and dementia care, fall prevention, ironing, meal planning and preparation, changing linens, medication reminders, activity building and much more.

"When applicable, our caregivers are CNA licensed. All caregivers are insured and bonded. We personally hire only experienced caregivers that undergo background checks and reference checks.

"Every client is a top priority. We provide immediate response coupled with a personal touch," Bowman said. "We understand how important this decision is and what is involved in the process, therefore we use every resource available to make this experience as seamless as possible.

"All of our caregivers are personally hired and undergo a rigorous background check and reference check. Our professionalism is unmatched. There are no contractual agreements and we are flexible with our scheduling. The level of customer service we provide is outstanding and we strive to exceed the expectations of our clients.

"We exercise constant communication between clients, caregivers and our staff. Caregivers and clients are assessed on a regular basis regarding ideas to improve our service. We believe in building relationships.

"We are working on educating our community about non-medical home care and relaying the message that it is affordable and accessible. On a daily basis we are actively going out into our community and building awareness about our company, the services we offer, and the importance of improving the quality of life for our seniors.

"Senior Helpers" uses a unique process to guide seniors Veteran's Express, which is a program through the Veterans Administration that most prospective clients are unaware of, or do not understand"

I chose ElderCarelink because it is a leading national resource for elderly services," Bowman said.
