ElderCarelink Adds “Amazing Care Inc.” to Senior Care Roster in Illinois

ElderCarelink, a national online eldercare referral service, has helped over 450,000 families find quality local eldercare resources to support their needs. ElderCarelink is continually adding businesses to its roster, so caregivers around the country can, by taking a brief survey, decide on the services they need and the best available businesses to provide these services.
ElderCarelink is happy to announce a recent addition, Amazing Care Inc to the referral service. Amazing Care Inc., located in Lisle, Illinois, is managed by Ryan De Leon, In-Home Care Specialist. Since 2005, Amazing Care Inc. has been giving personalized service around Chicagoland: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, McHenry and Will counties. Amazing Care Inc. is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, is a member of the National Private Duty Association and Association of Senior Services Provider in DuPage County.
"My mom is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, a wellness coach and a nursing professor at Andrews University in Michigan, while my step-father is a pharmacist," De Leon said. "Two of my aunts are also nurses, and my sister is an RN. We all help each other provide the best quality of care for all our clients. We have the passion and we have become successful because of our passion about elder care.
"All services are very personalized," De Leon said. "As the manager, I make sure all the clients are receiving the highest care possible, while allowing them to maximize their potential abilities. In fact, I personally do regular visits to talk with the caregiver, client, and the family.
"Our rate is the most competitive in the area and yet we are able to provide superior home care services. We have 24/7 support, with staff that consists of well trained, compassionate caregivers. We also have a client monitoring system.
"We have worked very hard to preserve our credibility and reputation. We meet with the family on a regular basis, listen to their expectations and we commit ourselves into exceeding their expectations. We always seek new ways on how to deliver simple messages of care that most home care agencies have been forgetting. We do not consider other home care agencies competitors, because we do not do business like they do.
"With our passion for what we do, we not only retain all our clients, but we also get new clients through our existing ones. In fact, we do not have a marketing department because we believe that our passion and our focus on client satisfaction alone make us different.
