(November 12, 2009) Human Factor International and Co-sponsor Columbia Coaching Alliance successfully concluded their "Coaching Executive Women" Asia Roundtable Series of events held in Hong Kong, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Phnom Penh, and Hanoi.

This well-attended series of events brought together a representative cross-section of executive women from industry, government, and entrepreneurial sectors that included a generational spectrum ranging from those entering the workforce to those approaching retirement. Others in attendance consisted of women in key HR roles and those with links to developing women's leadership talent.

Attendee Anna Ho of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd writes, "I must repeat my thanks to Christina for inviting me, Jeffrey for setting the platform, and Margaret for imparting valuable lessons from her vast trove of experience in just a short evening of conversation and sharing. The session has encouraged me personally and I gained valuable insights into huge possibilities for women executives…" Susan Jackson, Executive Vice President, HR and Brand Director at Old Mutual Asia Pacific remarked, "The conversation flowed easily and Jeffrey deftly steered proceedings so that we each had a chance to talk about a challenge we are facing and get insights from others around the table. Based on the comments to the challenge I raised, I have been able to shift my perspective and am now thinking about things in a very different light." Shireena Shroff of Sheens Image Consulting added, "Coaching has really given me a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Working with different people from various backgrounds and industries has not only broadened my horizons but allowed me to provide solid advice and a unique perspective on related issues for my clients. The round table discussion was a great chance to gather information from people who you don't normally come in contact with. It was a safe, friendly, enjoyable and informative session and I definitely left feeling inspired by new ideas and perspectives."

Asia Roundtable hosts included: Christina Ong, founder of Imageworks Asia, Certified Image Master (CIM) and one of only eight image consultants in the world to earn this distinguished title; Margaret D'Onofrio, Executive Coach and Founder of D'Onofrio Consulting Partners; Mai Vu, Executive Coach, entrepreneur, Co-Founder and Chief Inspiration & Learning Development Officer of youPlus, Senior Trainer for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI); Jeffrey Jones, Executive and Transcultural Leadership Coach and Managing Director of Human Factor International.

The Global Coaching Roundtable was launched by Human Factor International in December 2008. The first roundtable took place in Shanghai at 3 on the Bund with a diverse group of Executives, Entrepreneurs, and HFI Clients. The mission of the initiative is to stimulate a global conversation on coaching and leadership development from a wide and diverse range of viewpoints. The culmination will be the publication of an article sharing the global conversation with the coaching and business communities. A certain number of the events will see participants joining over video conferencing and HFI's Virtual Offices in Second Life. HFI is committed to expanding the reach of coaching through technology and at the same time leveraging this technology to decrease the carbon footprint created by unnecessary business travel.

HFI Managing Director Jeffrey Jones sums up his findings, "Our coaching practice has a dedicated team of coaches who are passionate about developing women in executive leadership roles. It was very inspiring to meet such a diverse group of women in Asia and I look forward to sponsoring future events in Latin America, UAE, and Africa."
