arsenic test
I have been reporting on the unhealthy levels of Arsenic in rice for many years now. I am concerned  about this because for one my friends love to eat those California rolls! They are not even marked as Organic! They eat this several times per week. I stopped eating these a long time ago. I figure out that not only was I increasing the arsenic in my blood but also the mercury levels if I was having it with raw fish or other sea life!
Now a team of researchers at the University of Delaware has found that incorporating rice husk to soil can decrease toxic inorganic arsenic levels in rice grain by 25 to 50 percent!
Kool huh?
