PrintableContracts.com also has "contracts" for children and teenagers to be used at home or school. They addressing issues such as responsibility, behavior, cell phone use, curfews, driving, and other safety and rules-based commitments.
The site has several articles with advice on how contracts are written, explanations of different types of contracts, and contract dos and don'ts.
"While these free contract and agreement templates are free and easy to use, they do no constitute legal advice," Savetz cautioned. "For example, you may need to consult an attorney for some issues, and in most cases contracts with minors aren't binding."
The contracts can be download instantly and are in DOC format, allowing them to be opened and edited in Microsoft Word or another compatible program.
