The Ad Council’s 61
st Annual Public Service Award Dinner honored FedEx’s Chairman and CEO Frederick Smith for his commitment to public service and was hosted by Stephen Colbert. The event raised over $3.3 million to continue delivering our critical messages across the country, and hosted a record-breaking 1400 guests. However, what made this year’s dinner particularly special, was knowing it was Peggy Conlon’s last and Lisa Sherman’s first Ad Council dinners respectively. We’ll miss Peggy, but are so thrilled to have Lisa as our new leader!
