Embracing innovation is the only way to ensure your company has a chance of continuing to grow and prosper, Eric Ries
told the business consulting firm McKinsey & Company in an interview. Why? Today it is easy for anyone with a credit card to create businesses that compete and disrupt with older, more established businesses. We can all think of big brands that have fallen at the hands of startups.
