But the good news is that these sales pros are duly needed in the local broadcast TV sales! We need these smart and talented people on our sales force helping bring business owners into our media mix the correct way to drive profits and sales. 

While some traditionally national TV buys may soon leave your list the great news is that we still have massive dollar share opportunity in the local market from clients that don't know, or even care about, programatic media buys. They are willing to reboot their ad budget if you can demonstrate a proven track record of success.
