From Calming Breaths to Self Protection ...come find out about Disaster Prep at Home or at Work
How can we adapt to stress and come out better- Laughter and Good Information
This Saturday there will be a disaster preparation fair to help citizens be ready for problems that can arise from fire to earthquake, to over heating to drowning. Whether or not it is self imposed or comes from a tectonic plate or a huge serving of fried food, the world we live in is full of stressors. Dr. Hans Selye, the Fire Department, the City and the County, your HOA, and your neighbors ….all would want you to make light of it and stay calm, but learn how to take care of yourself, your children, your friends, your property, and your home.
Come out and learn about how you can be prepared, what to do at home that will make you ready, and how to communicate to children about safety, disaster prevention, and self-care.
