Washington, D.C. – March 22, 2012 – Patricia Gaffney, Ed.D, Dallas, Texas, Bryan A. Mantz, Public Resources Management Group, Maitland, Florida, and Kristofer Marksteiner, Techmarcom, Inc. Houston, Texas, have been awarded the designation of Certified Management Consultant® (CMC®) by the Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA). The designation was conferred by David Norman CMC, Chair and CEO of IMC USA, and Clint Burdett CMC, Chair of IMC USA's CMC Committee.

CMCs are acknowledged as accomplished consultants to management, with proven track records of significant accomplishments in their consulting engagements. In order to maintain their status, CMCs must recertify every three years.
