Revised Book on Secrets of the Business of Law® Available Expanded edition includes tips to improve law firm efficiency and profitability
Venice, CA – January 20, 2012 Noted law practice management guru Ed Poll has just released a revised and expanded edition of his popular book,
Secrets of the Business of Law®: Successful Practices for Increasing Your Profits (2012).
The new book builds on the format of the previous edition, with nearly 35% more material and updated content throughout. Among the topics covered are how to raise revenue and lower overhead, getting and keeping clients, maximizing return on technology investments, marking staff integral to your mission, implementing a disaster communications plan, avoiding malpractice claims, and selling or buying a law practice.
"The tips and practices I've included here aren't really 'secrets' per se, but they're practices that many law firms don't engage in on a regular basis," said Ed Poll. "Firms of all sizes can find ideas within the book that they can easily implement to improve their firm's effectiveness and profitability."
Published by LawBiz® Publishing company, the new 232-page book is priced at $49.00, but is available through LawBiz Management for the special pre-publication price of $24.50 at the
LawBizStore.com until February 6, 2012.
The book will also be available on
Amazon.com in both hardcopy and eBook editions in February.
