LeaderSolutions.TV: Where Leaders Show the Way to Practical Solutions
New Web-based Interview Show lets Leaders Learn from Leaders
LeaderSolutions.TV today announced the launch of web-based C-Suite executive interview program, where industry leaders share stories about how they solved business challenges. The program's maiden broadcast at www.LeaderSolutions.TV is scheduled for January 9, and features the following CEOs: Diedre Siegel, Pear Core Solutions; Dan Corcoran, Service Span; Jeremy Ecker, the Bed Bug Inspectors; and Peter Smith, Catamount Financial Corp.
Each week, a few C-level executives share their creative solutions to significant challenges. They describe, in succinct videos, the business challenge they faced, the creative approach they decided to use to tackle it, the results of the solution for stakeholders, and then summarize the lessons learned from the experience. Audience members are encouraged to join the community to discuss what they learned from the guests and how they are applying these lessons.
During the first quarter of 2012, visitors can join as free charter members enabling them to listen to each week's new interviews and participate in the community discussions. In the future, other services will be available.
Steve V. Ramerini and Jerry Cahn, Ph.D., J.D. are the Executive Producers of LeaderSolutions.TV. Seasoned businessmen, they also chair CEO groups for Vistage International, the leading Chief Executive Organization serving almost 15,000 executives in 16 countries. Listening to their members, who share ideas and thirst for new ones, they realized that a new forum like LeaderSolutions.TV will meet a critical need for leaders and aspiring leaders of all ages and all industries.
"LeaderSolutions.TV fills an important gap in today's leadership landscape," said Jerry Cahn. "IBM recently reported that in its 2010 Global study of 1500 CEOs, these executives stated that the greatest problem they face today is the increasing 'complexity' that affects business; significantly, the majority didn't feel up to the task for meeting the challenges. Their second biggest issue was 'innovation', which was number one in prior surveys. LeaderSolutions.TV believes that it can help executives address these and other challenges by allowing them to learn from the experiences of other leaders who used creative and interesting solutions. Our goal is to share their experiences and insights in order to inform and inspire leaders and aspiring leaders."
Mr. Ramerini concluded, "We've created LeaderSolutions.TV to advance creative problem solving and to recognize leaders who are willing to share their contributions to grow their businesses. In this way, we can assist leaders within the private, non-profit and public sectors of the economy."
