Lifesaving Resources, LLC will be conducting a two-day Swiftwater Rescue Technician Course, April 28 - 29 in Keene, New Hampshire.

This course is open to Fire, Rescue, EMS, and Law Enforcement personnel and is designed to provide First Responders with the skills and knowledge required to safely and effectively respond to incidents in, on and around the water, including static and moving water environments.

Course meets and exceeds NFPA 1670 Standard for Technical Rescue.

The two-day course includes as 4.5-hour classroom session, followed by a 4.5-hour in-water practical session conducted in a static water environment.  The second day is conducted entirely in a moving water environment.

Participants must be strong swimmers and must provide their own wetsuit or drysuit, wetsuit booties, and gloves.  Lifesaving Resources will provide helmets and lifejackets.

Lifesaving Resources, LLC is dedicated to drowning and aquatic injury prevention and emergency management.  The company develops educational curriculums in water rescue, ice rescue, and lifeguard training programs and conducts this training throughout North America for the Public Safety and Rescue, as well as the Lifeguard and Aquatic Recreation Sectors.

Other programs offered and conducted by Lifesaving Resources includes Ice Rescue Technician courses, Water Rescue Technician courses, Lifeguard Operations and Management courses, and an annual Ice Rescue Train-the-Trainer Academy, and an annual Water Rescue Train-the-Trainer Academy.
