TAMPA, FL, BASED TV INC. SELECTED BY TEA PARTY.NET TO CREATE AND PRODUCE THEIR 2011-12 NATIONAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

CLEARWATER, FL, AUGUST 15, 2011: A Tampa Bay,Florida, based marketing company, TV Inc., has been tapped by The Tea Part.Net to create the organization's entire national advertising campaign throughout the 2012 presidential race.

With over 30 years in the business and prior experience in politically based marketing & advertising, TV Inc., is scheduled to launch the first series of TV commercials right after the upcoming Labor Day holiday.

When Mr. Todd Ceferatti, the CEO of The Tea Party.Net (www.TheTeaParty.Net), went looking for an organization to help it with its creative messages, he took almost a year to decide and vetted many marketing companies.

"Bill's company, TV Inc., delivered by far and away the most innovative and creative messages," Mr. Ceferatti said. The Tea Party.Net has over 400,000 members coast-to-coast and is considered to be one of the foremost Tea Party organizations.

"The challenges are huge," Bill Thompson, CEO of TV Inc., declares. "To some, The Tea Party represents anarchism, crazies, and right-wing reactionaries. To others, it's the last best hope for America, the return to fiscal and personal responsibility and away from the nanny-state mentality. It's our job to create messages that show The Tea Party as what they truly are: average Americans from all walks of life who are deeply concerned about the direction our elected officials on both sides of the aisle are taking the country."

Thompson wrote a definitive book on television marketing, Inside Infomercials, 20 years ago and has updated every year since.

"Marketing channels change frequently and without warning," Thompson reported. "Twenty years ago the Infomercial was all the rage. Today it's Social Internet marketing. Staying up with the times is not enough. To be successful, one must stay ahead of the curve."

Thompson says The Tea Party is frequently misunderstood even by its own members. He says the messages will focus on 3 principles.

"Firstly, The Tea Party is not a political party in any respect whatsoever. Just as the people of the original Boston Tea Party were upset with King George and his outrageous taxation policies, The Tea Party members are extremely upset with their elected representatives. The Tea Party is not a political party. It is a political statement. But rather than just sitting by and fuming, The Tea Partiers are letting it be known that they will not be pushed around. To quote Paddy Chayefsky from his film "Network", 'Were mad as H*** and we're not going to take it anymore.'"

"Secondly, The Tea Party Members are not Terrorists. They do not want to overthrow the government. They are just tired of paying for failing programs and projects that are enacted outside of The Constitution by a runaway Congress and Socialist leaning Administration," Thompson added.

"Lastly, and most importantly, a member of The Tea Party is one who votes his conscious. He or she doesn't vote as some big corporation directs, as a Union Leader demands, or as any political party calls for. A Tea Partier prefers to vote his own conscious. Yes, there are many Democrats in The Tea Party," Thompson concluded.

Thompson said his passion is and always has been the creative aspect of any marketing campaign. A frequent invited guest speaker at universities and corporate events, he challenges his audience to come up with any product or service, real or imagined, and he will instantly create a winning creative presentation. Having spoken at nearly 100 events, he has never failed to deliver.

"Agree with The Tea Party or not, it will be a force with which every political entity will have to contend at least for the foreseeable future. Those who dismiss it or call The Tea Party names do so at their own peril. 2010's election was just a precursor of what's coming," Thompson admonished.

It looks like the race for the White House and Congress is on and The Tea Party will be a significant if not deciding factor in election outcomes. Years from now we can all look back and recall how we lived through truly historical times.
