RanDinger, a new Android App, allows the user to preview over 10 million tracks for their ringtones, free for the first 30 days
RanDinger, a new Android App, allows the user to preview over 10 million tracks for their ringtones, free for the first 30 days, then it's just $2.99 to buy the app. Each new call features a different tune based upon the user's musical choices.
If you like Linkin Park, then the next time your phone rings it could be "Waiting For The End" or "Breaking The Habit." Or if Cage The Elephant are more your style then you might hear "Shake Me Down." Or, if Mumford & Sons is your favorite Rock artist then you might hear "Little Lion Man" or any of the dozens of his other tunes on RanDinger's music jukebox.
"RanDinger (www.RanDinger.com) users can select an artist's biggest hits or all of their music, or they can select a 'genre' like rock, country, hip hop or classical," says Jeff Sibbold the app co-developer. "There are thousands of Rock songs from hundreds of Rock artists in the database." adds Sibbold.
After a call has completed, you can buy the full track, in MP3 format, right then and there for $0.77 to $1.49 and save it directly to your Android phone or access it online at www.7digital.com. The fees are charged to a credit card on file at setup. More than 10 million ringtones and full track songs for purchase are available to users.
The music is provided through 7digital, enabling users to preview and buy legally licensed music on their device in a unique combination of music discovery and purchase.
RanDinger is available for free for the first 30 days then it's just $2.99 at the Android Market. An iPhone App version is in the works. Multiple patents are pending on the ringtone technology. Find out what the Daily App Show says about RanDinger!:
