5115 Little Falls Road is in North Arlington, four blocks south of the intersection of Old Dominion Dr. and Williamsburg Blvd., about 10 blocks north of Lee Highway. From Lee Highway, take Old Dominion north about 12 blocks and turn left (west) on Little Falls Road... six blocks, on right. Or, from Lee Highway, take Sycamore, north 8 blocks. One block after it turns to Williamsburg Road, turn right on Little Falls, go 10 blocks, on left. Long driveway in. Meeting Hall and parking, left of Granite Headquarters.
Established in 1993, the Circle of Friends for American Veterans is dedicated to influences public opinion to affect public policy in support of American Veterans. Headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, the organization has conducted over 200 rallies and forum/receptions around the country, highlighting and supporting many dozens of transitional facilities for homeless veterans.

- A twenty year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency, he served as Department Chief at the CIA's Counterterrorism Center, Chief of Station in the Middle East and also served South Asia and Europe.
- Served as Branch Chief - CIA Headquarters and Chief of Operations in Southwest Asia. He retired in May 2008 as head of the CIA's WMD terrorism unit
