San Diego, CA (Feb. 12, 2010) – Small-business coaching and consulting company, OneCoach, based in San Diego, CA, announced this week that it will be bringing on powerful new members to the leadership team to help guide the company into its next stage of growth. Gordon McWilliam and Matt Morea will join current executives John Assaraf (CEO), Adrian Ulsh (VP of Training and Development), and David Bullock (VP of Technology), as the company's President/COO and VP of Sales, respectively. Together with the entire OneCoach staff, McWilliam and Morea look forward to helping the company grow exponentially in 2010, and succeed in its mission of assisting entrepreneurs and small-business owners worldwide to achieve their business goals.

As President and COO, McWilliam is anxious to help small-business owners become more successful. He is passionate about providing a service for the small-business community that will allow them to achieve their goals and reach their dreams.

A graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in Communication, Gordon is an expert in sales, marketing and management. Prior to joining the OneCoach team, he spent more than 20 years in the high-tech industry working for companies such as Apple, Gateway and Dell. He then transitioned into working with start-up companies as both a financial backer and a member of the executive staff. Through his work in the start-up arena, McWilliam discovered his niche and passion for working with small-businesses.

McWilliam has served as a member on the Board of Directors for Teach the Teachers and is also a member of the National Association of the Self Employed.

Morea joined OneCoach in 2008 as a Franchise Owner and Business Partner of OneCoach. Matt has an extensive sales and marketing background with a strong track record of success in building and growing sales and revenues for industry-leading companies, such as Leap Wireless, Nextel Communications, First American Corporation and LandAmerica Financial Group.

Before joining OneCoach, Morea served as the VP and Sales Manager for LandAmerica where he led a sales team of 35 direct reports generating over $15 million annually. Prior to LandAmerica, he served as the Director of Executive Services for First American Corporation, where he developed and implemented a new division within the organization, focusing on providing customized business solutions for the top 5% of real estate professionals in Northern California.
