CA Energy Commission Announces Green Workforce Training Funding Opportunities

August 16, 2009 The California Energy Commission, in cooperation with other state agencies, has announced that it is making available over $18 million in funds, to be matched in public-private partnerships, for energy efficiency, water efficiency, renewable energy, and transportation-related programs which involve workforce training. The Commission made presentations August 10 and 12 in a "Clean Energy Summit" on how entities might apply for this assistance.
