The author of All The World's A Podium conveyed this message in a short video on YouTube as part of his ongoing campaign to promote Podium Power to the People!

Cossolotto explained: "This concept of speaking with a glowing heart fits right in with my general belief that 'Success is an inside job' when it comes to public speaking – and to life more generally. Before you get up to speak, take a moment to create an image of a glowing heart inside your chest – really visualize a warm, glowing heart. Cossolotto also suggests in the YouTube video that speaking with a glowing heart is a good way to prevent stage fright and anxiety because a warm, glowing heart will tend to repel those negative feelings.

Speaking with a glowing heart, Cossolotto elaborated, is also a good idea for all of your interactions with other people. "Speak with a glowing heart with you friends, colleagues and family members," Cossolotto recommends. "This will immediately transform your relationships in a positive way. This can be your little secret. Always speak with a glowing heart – in front of an audience or one-on-one – and you'll see that people respond much more positively to you. A glowing heart is like a magnet. It will draw people to you."
